After more than thirteen years in specialist finance, I have seen firsthand the challenges women face: balancing ambition with real life, navigating gender bias, pay gaps, and limited progression.
I know how isolating and exhausting building a career can feel, because I have lived it too. There were times I felt overlooked and overworked. But every setback taught me that real resilience is not about going it alone. It is about finding support, community, and the right opportunities to grow.
